Lou Cayla harvest 2012
We picked our Syrah yesterday, under a bright, beautiful Languedoc sky. The grapes look fabulous - gloriously healthy and delicious.

Having just destemmed some grapes by hand to make fresh grape juice I appreciate how time consuming the job is even for just a litre of juice.
